ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
Upon confirmation of a tuition assignment, an administrative fee of Singapore Dollars S$50 will be charged, even if the tutor withdraws from the assignment prior to the commencement of the first tutoring session. The administrative fee will be waived off upon successful completion of one month's worth of tutoring sessions.

WITHDRAWAL FROM CONFIRMED ASSIGNMENT
The tutor shall give us at least 72 hours notice to withdraw from a confirmed assignment to allow us sufficient time to source for a replacement tutor. Failure to do so will entitle us the right to impose a late cancellation charge, amounting to the worth of one tutoring session of the cancelled assignment, together with any other outstanding administrative fees.

EARLY TERMINATION
If the assignment is stopped before the first month, we shall charge S$50 if it were the tutors who terminated the tuition, or 50% of the amount the tutors receive, whichever is higher, as the administrative charge. If it were the parents who terminated the tuition due to the suitability of tutors, we shall charge the tutors 50% of the amount the tutors receive as the administrative charge.

TRANSFERABILITY OF ASSIGNMENT
The awarded assignment must be fulfilled by the undersigned tutor and shall not be transferable to anyone else without prior approval from us.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Tutor is responsible to pay us 50% commission of their first month tuition fees into our account after the 2nd week of the commencement of tuition. We will send a acknowledgement receipt to the tutor’s house about 2-4 weeks after receiving the commission payment from the tutor.

LATE PAYMENT
The tutor shall promptly pay on demand all charges levied in respect of the service. In the event that any payment remains unpaid after becoming due, we shall be entitled to refer the case to third party agencies in which further costs shall be levied on the tutor to recover the outstanding debt. Repeated invoices/reminders may also be sent, in which a Fifty Cents (S$0.50/-) reminder fee shall be imposed for each additional letter sent as a result of the late payment.

VERIFICATION OF CREDENTIALS
The tutor shall furnish, upon request by us and/or any of its clients, any certifications or documentation proof of any nature, for verification of the information declared to us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Whether during or after the term of this Agreement, the tutor will work independently and is not under the employment of us.
We shall not be liable to the tutor for any indirect, consequential, collateral, special or incidental loss or damange suffered by the tutor in connection with any assignments given by us whether during or after the term of this Agreement. Indirect or consequential loss or damage includes, without limitation, any form of physical or mental grievances, loss of revenue, profits, savings, loss of use or value of any material including software, assessment books, reference materials, equipments and all associated and incidental costs and expenses.
